Cyle Chapman is a certified firearm instructor with over 10 years of experience helping everyday individuals become safe, confident, and responsible gun owners. Specializing in civilian firearm safety and personal defense, Cyle brings a calm, clear, and practical approach to every class—whether you’re brand new to firearms or looking to sharpen your skills.
Cyle holds instructor certifications from the National Rifle Association (NRA) and is certified by the California Department of Justice (DOJ) to instruct both Firearm Safety Certificate (FSC) and California CCW courses. He is also a certified Utah CCW instructor, allowing students to broaden their concealed carry rights across multiple states. His training focuses on real-world application, with an emphasis on firearm safety, situational awareness, home defense, and the legal responsibilities that come with carrying and owning a firearm.
Known for his approachable and judgment-free teaching style, Cyle is passionate about educating his community and empowering individuals to take ownership of their personal safety. Each course is built on a strong foundation of safety, legal knowledge, and practical skills that prepare students for both everyday carry and emergency situations.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens and plans can change. To ensure fairness and keep our classes running smoothly, please review our cancellation and rescheduling policy below:

Cancellations made at least 72 hours (3 days) before the scheduled class will receive a full refund or may be rescheduled at no additional charge.

Cancellations made within 72 hours of the class will be eligible for rescheduling only (no refund), subject to availability.

No-shows or same-day cancellations will forfeit the class fee and are not eligible for a refund or reschedule.
Reschedule Policy
You may reschedule your class one time at no charge if you notify us at least 72 hours in advance. Additional rescheduling requests or changes made within 72 hours may be subject to a $25 rescheduling fee.

Waiver
I understand that this is an activity involving the use of firearms, where live ammunition will be fired in combat-style shooting events. By participating in this activity, I hold harmless C&C Tactical Defense, Cyle Chapman, his NRA Instructors, and all other participants. Neither instructors, the owners of the property where the activity is held, nor other participants shall be liable for any accident, sickness or injury to myself or any member of my family or guest during my participation in this activity, or while traveling to or from this event. I hereby hold harmless, release and forever discharge C&C Tactical Defense, Cyle Chapman, his assistant instructors, former and present assignors and predecessors, insurers, agents, attorneys, executors, administrators, and each of them, from any and all claims, debts, actions, demands, liabilities, obligations, causes of action, of whatever kind or nature, which I may have, hold, or may hold in the future, whether known or unknown, suspected or unsuspected, liquidated or unliquidated, asserted or not asserted, in law or in equity, concerning or relating to my participation in C&C Tactical Defense activities. In addition, I forever waive any and all benefits and rights I may have, now hold or in the future may hold that concern, arise from or relate to my participation in C&C Tactical Defense activities by reason of California Civil Code § 1542, which provides: “A general release does not extend to claims which the creditor does not know or suspect to exist in his favor at the time of executing the release, which if known by him must have materially affected his settlement with the debtor.”
By participating in this activity, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.
