About Alamo City Self Defense LLC

Steve Maduro is one of the Alamo City Self Defense trainers in San Antonio, he specializes in Self Defense and Defensive Marksman training. He teaches performance based training programs, that move at the pace of each individual student to allow faster forms of learning to occur. Steve specializes in brand new shooters. He runs a relaxed and stress free classroom and range environment. Steve's attention to detail and communication skills are some of what make him one of our better RSO’s and Conceal Carry Instructors. In addition to his training of others, Steve continues to study and enhance his knowledge and skills from some of the leaders in firearms instruction.

Policies

Cancellation Policy

* Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the scheduled class start time may choose between a full refund or a transfer of the class fee to a future scheduled class within one calendar year at no cost pending availability.
* Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the scheduled class start time may transfer the class fee to a future scheduled class within 90 days at no cost pending availability but will not be eligible for a refund.
* Zero cancellations on Online Courses, School Safety Officer (Gaurdian) or Instructor Courses. These classes may be rescheduled.

Reschedule Policy

* Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the scheduled class start time may transfer the class fee to a future scheduled class within 90 days at no cost pending availability but will not be eligible for a refund.

Refund Policy

* Any no show with no call will result in no refund.
* All class fees collected where the class was not attended by the payee will be forfeited after 90 days of the originally scheduled class.
* In cases where the class has been attended, there will be no refunds
