Description
- The training must include general familiarity with the types of firearms to be concealed, the safe loading, unloading, storage, and carrying of the types of firearms to be concealed; and current laws defining lawful use of a firearm by a private citizen, including lawful self-defense, use of force by a private citizen, including use of deadly force, transportation, and concealment.

Expectations and Outcomes
The student needs to know and be able to demonstrate safe gun handling, weapon system familiarity, and foundational marksmanship skills. must complete an in Classroom Written Exam, and will receive a Course Completion Certificate after Passing the Live-Fire Range Session

Documentation Requirements
Students must bring a valid driver’s license or state issued ID to class with them for verification.
·Students must arrive on time and be present for the entire duration of class
The instructor requires a copy of your Government Issued ID once you register.
Requirements
- be a resident of this state or a United States citizen;
- Is twenty-one years of age or older or is at least nineteen years of age and provides evidence of current military service or proof of honorable discharge or general discharge under honorable conditions from the United States Armed Forces, United States Armed Forces Reserve or a State National Guard.
- not be under indictment for a felony offense;
- not be convicted of a felony offense, unless the conviction has been expunged, set aside, vacated or pardoned, or the individuals right to possess firearms has be restored AND the individual must not be a prohibited possessor under state or federal law.
- not suffer from mental illness and been adjudicated mentally incompetent or committed to a mental institution;
- not be unlawfully present in the United States;
- complete a firearms safety training program pursuant to ARS §13-3112.N. This course meets that requirement with or without the shooting portion.
- Students are encouraged to bring their own gun, but a gun is not necessary and can be provided. Students are responsible for their 50 rounds of ammunition, range fees, & hearing and eye protection.Please wear long pants with pockets, closed toe shoes (no flip flops or sandals), and a crew neck (T-shirt) or button-up shirt (no low-cut neck lines
To ensure safety, there will be NO AMMUNITION in the classroom.
