Description
The Veretie Ladies Pistol Cub meets quarterly for a 2-hour skill building pistol workshop for more experienced women who want to challenge themselves with more difficult COFs. Drills target critical skills, incorporating more challenging concepts and techniques used in competition to hone grip and vision for both practical and defensive utility. You'll perform practical work to marry speed and accuracy at distances of 7 to 12 yards.
Topics Covered
- You’ll run a cold drill at the start of the class to assess skill and diagnose areas for improvement. You’ll set realistic and measurable goals for the session.
- Workshop critical skills and run more challenging drills. The focus is on simulating stress and putting your defensive shooting skills to the test to see how you perform.
- All drills are run from the holster on a timer. You’ll work efficient draw stroke, proper grip structure and pressure, target focused shooting, transitions and speed.
Types
Intermediate, Concealed Carry Training, Women's Only Courses
