We host monthly training sessions for individuals seeking basic firearms licenses and concealed carry permits. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy:

1. **Cancellation Period:**
- Customers are allowed to cancel their reservation or appointment up to 24 hours/days before the scheduled time without incurring any cancellation fees.
2. **Cancellation Fees:**
- Cancellations made within 4 hours/days of the scheduled time may be subject to a non-refundable cancellation fee of $20.
- In the case of a no-show without prior cancellation, the full the service fee may be charged.
3. **Cancellation Procedure:**
- To cancel a reservation or appointment, customers must contact our customer service team via [email/phone] and provide the necessary details.
- Cancellations via our website are also accepted.
4. **Refund Policy:**
- Refunds for cancellations, if applicable, will be processed within 3 days after the cancellation request is approved.
- The refund amount, if any, will be determined based on the cancellation policy terms.

- Exceptions to the cancellation policy may be considered on a case-by-case basis for extenuating circumstances. Customers are encouraged to reach out to discuss any exceptional situations.

- Reschedule requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled time will be subject to a flat rescheduling fee of 10% of the total cost of the reservation or appointment.
3. **Rescheduling Procedure:**

Waiver
Instructor Waiver:
I, Trouble Defense Instuctor , hereinafter referred to as the "Instructor," hereby acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Instructor Waiver ("Waiver") with Trouble Defense LLC, hereinafter referred to as the "Organization."
**Assumption of Risk:**
1. I understand and acknowledge that my role as an instructor with Trouble Defense LLC involves inherent risks associated with firearm training, which may include but are not limited to live-fire exercises, use of training equipment, and participation in various instructional activities.
2. I voluntarily assume all risks related to my participation as an instructor, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or any other harm that may arise during or as a result of my involvement in instructional activities.
**Compliance with Policies:**
3. I agree to comply with all the policies, rules, and guidelines established by Trouble Defense LLC during the course of my instructorship. This includes adherence to safety protocols, training methodologies, and any other directives issued by the Organization.
4. I understand that deviations from established policies may result in disciplinary action, including termination of my role as an instructor.
**Medical Fitness:**
5. I hereby affirm that I am in good physical and mental health, and I do not have any medical conditions that would preclude me from safely participating in firearm training activities.
6. I agree to promptly inform Trouble Defense LLC of any changes in my health status that may affect my ability to fulfill my duties as an instructor.
**Release of Liability:**
7. I release and discharge Trouble Defense LLC, its officers, employees, and representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, or demands arising out of my participation as an instructor, including those resulting from negligence or any other act or omission.
8. This release extends to any claims that may arise in connection with my use of facilities, equipment, or materials provided by Trouble Defense LLC.
**Indemnification:**
9. I agree to indemnify and hold Trouble Defense LLC harmless from any loss, liability, damage, or cost, including legal fees, arising from my actions or omissions as an instructor.
**Acknowledgment:**
10. I acknowledge that I have read and fully understand the terms of this Instructor Waiver. I am signing this Waiver voluntarily and without any duress or coercion.
**Effective Date:**
11. This Instructor Waiver is effective as of the date of my acceptance and shall remain in effect throughout the duration of my role as an instructor with Trouble Defense LLC.
