About Trouble Defense LLC
My name is Sheena Parker, and I am the co-founder of Trouble Defense and the creator of Shoot the Shhh on YouTube. Im passionate about empowering women through firearm education, self-defense training, and real conversations that make a difference.
Based in Fairfax, VA, and Washington, DC, I teach responsible gun ownership, safety, and situational awareness. My mission is to help people especially women feel confident and prepared, whether at home, in their community, or on the range.
I've been a NRA instructor for over 5 years and have trained hundreds of people. I specialize in women's groups first time shooters. I currently teach conceal carry course for DC,Maryland, and Virginia. In addition, I have a youth training course that I've developed.
For me, this is more than just training—it’s about fostering a mindset of protection, preparation, and strength.
