Description

The high performance pistol/carbine course is designed to increase the student’s performance with a pistol and carbine by increasing their understanding of the fundamentals of marksmanship and the ability to manipulate the weapon systems efficiently.  This course will increase the ability of the student at any level from beginner to advanced to identify and engage multiple targets in a tactical sound manner.

Students must either have a valid CCW , Background Check , or Instructor Approval.

Gear Required:

  • Reliable pistol of at least 9mm.
  • Minimum of two pistol magazines and the ability to carry at least 1 magazine on your body.
  • Quality holster that stays open after drawing the pistol, no nylon holsters.
  • Carbine with sling ( 556/300blk/762x39,6.5 Grendel, ect) 2 point sling recommended.
  • Minimum of 2 carbine magazines with the ability to carry 1 magazine on your body.
  • 300 rounds of pistol ammo and 300 rounds of carbine ammo.
  • Eye and ear protection.
  • Clothing appropriate for the weather conditions.
  • Knee pads are recommended but not required.
  • A hat is recommended but not required.
  • Note taking gear.
