Description

Learn the rudimental aspects of knowing your surroundings and having eyes in the back of your head.

Classes are held at PlanoTKD on Saturdays/Sundays.

Private class.

Topics Covered

Situational awareness.

Having eyes in the back of your head.

Using all five senses.
Never want to be in a conflict. Walk away if possible.
Run, hide, then fight if necessary.

Proper stance and techniques.
Stop the threat then GO.
Decompression.

Expectations and Outcomes

Upon completion of this course you will have the tools necessary to know what's happening around you, how to quickly move away from a threat, and, if necessary, stop a threat so you can get away and call for assistance.

Documentation Requirements

Bring/email copies of any documentation of previous training you have taken.

The instructor requires a copy of your Government Issued ID once you register.

Requirements

This is a grappling class so wear comfortable clothing that leaves you free to move. Some students like to get a mouthguard so they do not bite the lip or tongue.
