HOSTING Claude Werner: SOCIAL SPACE GUNFIGHTING

Description

Careful analysis of Armed Citizen gunfights with criminals and the science of proxemics indicates that the vast majority take place at conversational distance up to a car length (3-7 yards).

Both IRON sights and RED DOT sights are welcome in this class! 

This class is intended to optimize a defender’s performance at those distances. It will include both practice as a group and individually shooting scenarios based on actual incidents since gunfights are a personal affair not a group encounter.

Attendees will come away from the class with an increased confidence in their ability to prevail over the criminal element in the type of situation they are most likely to encounter as an armed citizen.

Requirements

$20-$25 RANGE FEE PER STUDENT cash

Skill Level: 

• This class will require you to have safe gun handling skills
• You need to be able to follow directions from our coaches
• You need to have completed a firearm safety class or something similar
• You need to have a basic understanding of your firearms and have used it during practice sessions.
