Description
In this classroom: You will learn the basics of how a firearm works, fundamental safety, how to handle a firearm, and the steps needed to take your first shots. We will also review proper storage, things to look for in a firearm and ammunition.
On the range: We will take the fundamentals learned in class and put them into practice on the range. First shots, will consist of 20 to 50 rounds shot through a variety of firearms to learn the feel and function of each. *for students with their own firearms, we will run approximately 50 rounds to gain confidence and comfort with your personal firearm.
Expectations and Outcomes
You will leave with confidence and knowledge in handling a firearm.
