Description
The Hybrid LTC class take the requirements to apply for your Texas LTC and takes it up a notch. If you are looking for that "ok, now what" class, THIS IS IT. This is a 3/4 day class with the morning session focusing entirely on using your handgun in a fight. This IS a learn to shoot class. In addition to covering the fundamentals of shooting we will go more in depth on the use of deadly force and how to apply it. We will also be doing drills all throughout the morning to help you become for confident and competent with your handgun. Range topics covered will be: Where to shoot, when to shoot, marksmanship fundamentals, reloads, clearing malfunctions, situational awareness, common myths and misconceptions regarding handguns. The first session will wrap up with the LTC 50 round handgun qualification. After a needed lunch break we will finish up with the classroom portion of the curriculum. We will concluded the class with the 25 questions multiple choice test required by the state. You will start to see towards the end of the class how everything ties together and you will walk away educated, confident, competent and have the paperwork necessary to get your LTC. At the end of the day the student will receive the necessary documents to apply for their Texas LTC. They will also be allowed to participate in our Defensive Pistol Class 2.0 (Fighting Concealed 1)

What to Bring: A Reliable Pistol that you plan on carrying. (rental pistols are available if needed)
150 rounds of pistol ammo. This is a conservative amount. I have ammunition available for purchase if needed for a competitive price. If you are borrowing one of our pistols, You must purchase the ammo from us.
