CCW Class / SIMULATOR

Description

This class is for the student who wants to get their CCW license.  Students must have shot before and understand the basics of firearms safety(muzzle awareness / finger off the trigger). Discussion will include FIREARMS SAFETY, concealed carry law, situational awareness, and the benifits of point index shooting techniques. Also included:

REALITY BASED SHOOT / NO SHOOT SCENARIO TRAINING USING A TI SIMULATOR.

Expectations and Outcomes

A successful completion of this course will net the student a lot of confidence as well as a signed certificate allowing them to apply for a concealed carry license. For more information email JohnF@aphf.org.

Documentation Requirements

Driver's license and or Florida ID card

The instructor requires a copy of your Government Issued ID once you register.

Requirements

Please bring a minimum of 50 rounds.  Must have your own firearm...rentals are not avaiable since the facility will be closed to the general public. Wear comfortable clothing and rubber-soled shoes.  You must bring safety glasses if needed (not needed if you wear prescription eyewear) and hearing protection.  All shooting that takes place will start from a ready gun position.
