Description
Women on Target is an NRA developed class designed to introduce Women to the basics of firearms and shooting in a safe, comfortable, no-pressure environment. You will get to experience the exciting word of shooting while connecting and socializing with like-minded Women. We welcome women of all backgrounds and skill levels to share a day of fun and learning.
The class is held at Salem Chapel Fire Department 8400 Walnut Cove Rd. Walnut Cove, NC. Please pull around the side of the building and park in the gravel lot. Do NOT block the bay doors so the fire trucks can get out for an emergency. We ask that there are NO FIREARMS or ammunition in the classroom. Please leave it properly stored and secured in your vehicle. The range is a shot drive from the Fire Department and class will conclude there. It is an outdoor range, so please dress appropriately and wear appropriate shoes for the conditions. Remember to bring at least 100 rounds for your gun and bring eye and ear protection if you have it. Some gun rentals are available, but please make prior arrangements.
