Policies
Cancellation Policy
- Sandhill Shooting Sports has a policy of NO REFUNDS if registrant does not show for the registered class or if registrant cancels less than 7 days prior to scheduled class date.
- Registrant can cancel or request to reschedule AT LEAST 7 days prior to scheduled class date.
- Classes cancelled by the registrant AT LEAST 7 days prior to scheduled class date will be refunded the class fee minus a $10 processing fee.
- All requests must be sent via email to classes@sandhillshootingsports.com.
Cancellation by us: Some courses require a minimum number of participants as noted in the course description. If you register for a course with a minimum and the minimum number of participants have not registered by the end of the day which is 2 days prior to the course, we reserve the right to cancel the course and refund your registration fee. In the event we need to reschedule or cancel a course, you will receive e-mail and text notification (if we have your cell number). If we have rescheduled the course and you are unable to attend on the rescheduled date, we will refund your registration fee upon written e-mail request received within 7 days of when the reschedule notice was sent.
Reschedule Policy
We will gladly reschedule you for another class date with no penalty when requested IN WRITING via email AT LEAST 7 days prior to your currently scheduled class date. Reschedule requests are NOT taken over the phone.
Refund Policy

Other Policy
If you are asked to leave the class due to safety violations or refusal to follow staff directions, there are NO REFUNDS.
