Royce is a USCCA and NRA certified instructor, endorsed as an instructor by the National Association of Chiefs of Police, and has studied multiple martial arts. He is also a public speaker, Constitutional activist, and Glock Certified Armorer
He has had the honor of training under the instruction and influences of men like Frank Repass, Ash Hess, Dale Comstock, David "Boon" Benton, Israel Matos, Wes Doss, Shannon "The Cannon" Ritch, Manny Cabrera, and many others.

He also hosts the Shooting Straight Radio Podcast and Voice of the Blue podcast on Buzzsprout, iHeartRADIO, Spotify, Apple Podcasts, Google Podcasts, and other platforms.

Policies

Cancellation Policy

Classes will only be canceled by Royce Productions, Inc. due to emergency. If canceled, class will be rescheduled as soon as possible. If student does not agree to rescheduled date and wishes a refund, it will be issued (see refund policy).

Reschedule Policy

If for any reason class has been rescheduled, students will be notified of new date, and have the option of confirming their attendance or receiving a full refund.

Refund Policy

Absolutely no refunds for no-shows. If you're not going to be able to attend, you must contact instructor 3 (three) days prior to class date. 

. All refunds made by check, no exceptions.

. Refunds mailed within 10 business days.

. If student cancels for any reason prior to class date, there will be a $10.00 fee deducted from refund.

. If class is canceled by Royce Productions, Inc., and not rescheduled, full refund(s) will be issued to all students.

Other Policy

Royce Productions, Inc and Royce Bartlett reserves the right to remove any trainee from the class for safety violations, disruptions, or defiance/contempt exhibited toward any of the instructors or range safety officers present.
 
If a trainee is removed for any of the aforementioned issues, there will be no refund of trainee's funds.

Waiver

BY REGISTERING FOR THIS CLASS, YOU ASSENT AND ATTEST TO THE FOLLOWING: 

I affirm that I am loyal to the Constitution of the United States, that I recognize it as the Supreme Law of the Land, that I will always uphold and defend it, and that I am not seeking training for the purpose of committing any acts of unlawful violence against my fellow man.

I also affirm that I am not a member, supporter or sympathizer of any anarchist/communist/terrorist front groups such as Antifa, Hamas, Hezbollah, ISIS, or any other group that calls for, supports or wages violence against the United States and/or Israel.

I am familiar with basic firearm safety rules and understand the importance of following them diligently.

I hereby attest that I will follow all safety rules while training at the American Police Hall of Fame, under the instruction of Royce Bartlett. 

I understand that I am solely responsible for any damage to any portion of the training facility or its equipment, and/or injury to myself and/or any other person, due to any personal negligence or purposeful actions on my part.  

 
I understand that this is a live-fire training class and that I am about to engage in various shooting exercises that require my close attention and concentration for safety’s sake. I attest that I am mentally and physically able to train in such an environment.  I also understand that handling, loading, and discharging firearms is an activity that requires exceptional personal diligence, and I agree to yield to the direction and commands of the instructor(s) at all times while training in this firearm class.

I attest and affirm that I will not be under the influence of any drugs or alcohol the night prior to the class nor during the class. 

RELEASE FROM LIABILITY
In consideration for being allowed to participate in this firearm training class, I release from liability and waive my right to sue Royce Productions, Inc., Royce Bartlett, his guest instructors, and/or the American Police Hall of Fame, their employees, officers, volunteers and agents from any and all claims, including claims of Royce Bartlett’s or the American Police Hall of Fame’s negligence, resulting in any physical injury, illness (including death) or economic loss I may suffer or which may result from my participation in this activity, travel to and from the activity (including air travel), or any events incidental to this firearm training class. 

 

EXPRESSED ASSUMTION OF RISK
I am voluntarily participating in this firearm training class. I understand that there are risks associated with my participation in this activity, such as physical and/or psychological injury, pain, suffering, illness, disfigurement, temporary or permanent disability, death or economic loss. These injuries or outcomes may arise from my own or other’s actions, inactions, or negligence, or the condition of the activity’s location (s) or the facility. Nonetheless, I assume all risks of my participation in this firearm training class, whether known or unknown to me, including travel to and from the firearm training class (including air travel) or any events incidental to this activity. 

 

HOLD HARMLESS.
I agree to hold Royce Productions, Inc., Royce Bartlett, his guest instructors, and The American Police Hall of Fame harmless from any-and-all claims, loss or damage to my personal property, liabilities and costs, including attorney’s fees, as a result of my participation in this firearm training class, including travel to and from the activity (including air travel) or any events incidental to this activity. If Royce Productions, Inc., Royce Bartlett, his guest instructors, or The American Police Hall of Fame incurs any of these types of expenses, I agree to reimburse them. 

 

UNDERSTANDING AND ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
I have read this document, and I am signing it freely. I understand the legal consequences of signing this document, including (a) releasing Royce Productions, Inc., Royce Bartlett, his guest instructors, and The American Police Hall of Fame from all liability, (b) waiving my right to sue either of them, (c) and assuming all risks of participating in this training, including travel to and from the activity (including air travel) or any events incidental to this activity. 

 

MEDICAL CONSENT
If I need medical treatment during, or as a result of my participation in this firearm training class, or as a result from any medical condition (known or unknown), travel to and from the activity (including air travel), or any events incidental to this activity, I agree to be financially responsible for any costs incurred as a result of such treatment. I am aware that Royce Productions, Inc., Royce Bartlett, his guest instructors and The American Police Hall of Fame do not provide health or life insurance for me and that I should provide/carry my own health and life insurance.
