In most cases, rescheduling is completed in the form of a credit towards another class offered in the future by the instructor. This credit will be valid for one (1) year from the date you cancel. If the credit is not used with one (1) year, it will become null and void.

We will re-schedule a class as soon as possible after the original class date.

Refund Policy

Please note, we do not offer refunds. However, we will credit your payment (minus any appropriate administrative or processing fees) towards a future class fee. In addition, no credit will be given after a class begins. If students fail the class or cannot complete their qualifications, there are no refunds.

Other Policy

By agreeing to these terms, you agree that you have read all the website/class information and agree to the policies and information therein.
Students will be briefed at the start of each class day on safety policies and procedures.  Failing to follow these policies and procedures may result in the student being removed from class with no credit or refund. Any student suspected of being under the influence of any intoxicating substance will not be allowed to participate in any training.
