Description
This class will cover basic pistol knowledge and the statues for Arizona Laws covering Concealed Carry in the state and the resiprosity with other states.
The class will cover home defense and carrying concealed in public. We will also cover the basics of defensive shooting and how to master these skills.
All students will be required to qualify at the range with their firearm. This is to verify their knowledge of basic firearms safety.
Topics Covered
Basic Pistol, Home Defense, Defensive Shooting Basics, Arizona Concealed Carry Statutes, Use of Deadly force and Justification for Use of Deadly Force.
Expectations and Outcomes
All students will recieve all the forms to apply for the Arizona Concealed Carry Permit, copies of the Arizona Laws and a copy of the USCCA Concealed Carry/Home Defense book by Michael Martin. They will also receive Certificates of Completion for both the NRA and USCCA.

Documentation Requirements
In addition to registration on this site, students will need to send me registration forms for USCCA. I will email the forms to the students so they can return them to me and I will register them on the USCCA site.
