Description
In this carbine (rifle) course we will lay ground work for an enjoyable and succesful journey of your shooting experience. We will cover gun safety, range commands for a safe experience, how to load and unload your rifle magazine, the importance of a sling, stance, grip and sight picture. Follow ups to this, and all NGA Foundation Classes, student(s) receive a 15% discount towards their future classes to continue their growth and knowledge.

Carbine controls and parts
Adjusting carbine for shooter
Proper adjustment and use of rifle sling
Safe loading and unloading
Stance, grip, sight picture and recoil management.
Expectations and Outcomes
Student(s) will leave feeling more confident and safe in the handling of their carbine rifle and will be prepared to move forward in applying their newly learned fundamentals with our more advanced classes.

Documentation Requirements
The instructor requires a copy of your Government Issued ID once you register.
Requirements
A working and servicable carbine rifle (9mm, 5.56)
150 rounds of quality training ammo
Proper clothing for the season (Rain or shine we train)
Sling, extra magazines and at least the ability to carry 1 spare magazine (chest rig, plate carrier or belt)
Hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, snacks and water recommended.
