Description
In this class, we will focus on integrating the use of both the carbine and the pistol, highlighting how these two firearms can effectively complement each other in various scenarios. We will examine the techniques involved in transitioning from the carbine to the pistol, including the specific situations that may require such a shift.
Building on the strong foundation established in my previous courses, we will enhance the mechanics essential for effective close-quarters combat. Our training will specifically target engagements at distances of 35 yards and closer, where precision and maneuverability are critical.
Throughout the session, we will incorporate drills that emphasize not only a fluid transition from the carbine to the pistol but also solid mechanics for shooting on the move. Additionally, we will practice utilizing unconventional cover—using objects you may find in your environment, such as street curbs and vehicles, among others.
