Concealed Carry - Defensive Shooting Level 3

Description

This class will teach present the skills that you probably did not learn in your basic CCW course. This is NOT the State of Ohio required CCW course. 

This class will prepare you for carrying a firearm in in the real world. Your instructor will guide you through your bodies natural reactions, and prepare you to use those reactions to your advantage. Drills Include: Safety, Comfort, Competency Concepts, Medical, Extend-Touch-Press, Up through Up Multiples, Balance of Speed and Precision, Emergency Reload, Presentation from the Holster, Lateral Movement, Facing Drill, Tactical Stroll Drill.

Intro to Defensive Shooting Level 1 is a prerequisite to this course.

Topics Covered

We will cover lateral movement, Balance of Speed and Prescision exercises. You will leave with an understanding of the principles of Speed and Precision. Real life scenarios are incorporated into the shooting drills.  You will learn to process information while deploying your firearm, not just shooting at a stationary target.

Expectations and Outcomes

You will take away real life skills in Counter Ambush defensive shooting.

Documentation Requirements

Our Intro to Defensive Pistol Level 1 is a prerequisite for this class.

THIS CLASS DOES NOT QUALIFY FOR THE OHIO CCW PERMIT COURSE.

The instructor requires a copy of your Government Issued ID once you register.
