About LuAnn Moyer Training Group, LLC

LuAnn teaches NRA Basic Pistol, NRA Basic Rifle instructor, NRA's Basic CCW Shooting
Course as well as NRA's Refuse to Be A Victim. She's also a Chief Range Safety Officer.

Although she runs a Womens Only Shooting League, she works with men, women and youth to help build a safe shooting foundation.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy

50% deposit is non-refundable. 
Cancellations:72 hours or more, PRIOR to the event - balance of fees will be transferred to a future event. If no transfer is possible, balance will be issued via PayPal refund.

No-Show: Participants who do not show to the event without prior 72-hour notice forfeit all registration fees.

COVID-19 & Event Policy

• No refunds will be issued for classes that are not canceled by LuAnn Moyer Training Group, LLC
• Should the host facility choose (or is directed by State/Local Public Health officials) to close due to a local COVID-19 outbreak,  LuAnn Moyer Training Group, LLC will reschedule an identical course at the same location within the next calendar year.
• All original students who have paid in full will have guaranteed slots in the rescheduled class.
• If you think you may have been directly exposed to COVID-19 and have medical documentation, please contact LuAnn Moyer Training Group, LLC directly to arrange transferring to a different course once you are no longer contagious.

Reschedule Policy

Registration may be rescheduled to another event that occurs within the next 12 months. ALL changes  MUST be completed at least 72 hours PRIOR to the scheduled event. Participants who do not show to the event without prior 72-hour notice forfeit all deposit and registration fees.

Refund Policy

Refunds for the balance of event fee are only issued via PayPal Refund. No refund will be provided if cancelation is not received at least 72 hours PRIOR to the event date.

Other Policy

To protect the privacy and learning experience of our students we have adopted a strict NO PHOTOGRAPHY or VIDEO policy during class.

Waiver

RELEASE, WAIVER AND INDEMNIFICATION: In consideration of LuAnn Moyer Training Group, LLC allowing me and/or my minor child/ward or both of us to participate/spectate in activities organized and coordinated by the training group, I hereby: a) acknowledge that I fully understand the risks associated with activities at a shooting event, b) assume any and all risk and liability for injury (including death) and damage to property arising out of or relating to my participation in such activities, c) release, satisfy and discharge the training group from any and all damages, losses, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of or relating to my participation in such activities, including claims caused or alleged to be caused by the negligence of the training group, c) agree to hold harmless, defend and indemnify the training group of any and all claims, d) agree that this release, waiver and indemnification shall apply against any and all claims by or on behalf of the signer below, his/her minor child/ward and his/her or the minor child/ward’s heirs, estate, personal representatives, beneficiaries, successors and assigns, e) agree that this release, waiver and indemnification has been signed voluntarily, knowingly and without coercion, f) agree that if any portion of this release is found to be invalid or unenforceable such portion shall be severed and the remaining portions shall continue to be valid and enforceable, g) I understand the hazards of corona virus and similar infectious diseases and I accept full responsibility for self-compliance with the most recent CDC guidelines.
