Description
Discussion of appropriate tactics and related shooting skills for home defense.
Training and practice on essential home defense skills with pistol and (optional) carbine or shotgun. Holsters not required for this course. Emphasis on accessing stored pistol, shooting from cover, shooting around no-shoots (family members), armed movement in structures (aka "houseclearing").
Suitable for all levels particularly novice or infrequent shooters with limited gun experience.
100 rounds pistol, 2 magazines.
20 rounds rifle or pistol caliber carbine, or 20 rounds buckshot for shotgun (optional)

Requirements
Pistol, eye and ear protection, two magazines. Holsters not required. If you have a storage box you use at home for your pistol, bring it. 100 rounds pistol ammo.
Optional: Long gun (rifle or pistol caliber carbine, shotgun). 20 rounds for long gun (buckshot for shotgun).
