Description
Handgun Qualification License (HQL)
This course is at least 4 hours long and meets the minimum training requirements to apply for your Maryland Handgun Qualification License (HQL). We will cover a variety of topics including different handgun types, the parts of a handgun, how to operate a handgun safely, ammunition, aiming, fundamentals of shooting, how to safely transport and store your gun in and outside of the home, laws regarding handguns, and how to clean a handgun. As always, our focus is on safety first as well as being an ethical and responsible gun owner.
