Description

This advanced course is designed for individuals who have completed foundational trauma training such as Stop the Bleed, CPR, or similar courses. Building on these essential skills, participants will learn to perform, adapt, and improvise advanced medical techniques in challenging wilderness or austere environments.

The course includes a comprehensive review of the fundamentals, with a focus on the MARCH acronym (Massive hemorrhage, Airway, Respiration, Circulation, Hypothermia/Head injury). From there, students will progress into advanced techniques within the MARCH framework, emphasizing improvisation with limited resources and creative problem-solving under pressure.

By the end of the course, participants will be equipped to manage medical emergencies in remote settings, ensuring they can deliver effective care when and where it's needed most. This hands-on training is perfect for outdoor enthusiasts, expedition teams, search and rescue personnel, or anyone operating in resource-limited environments.
