Description
Gladius International is excited to welcome SOC (Ret.) Eddie Gallagher back to South Florida. Eddie along with Gladius will be hosting a “Prepared Citizen Fundamentals” course on Saturday June 11th at the Gladius Range in Stuart, Florida.
This course is designed to introduce, develop and progress on some of the skills necessary to be prepared in the event of a critical incident. Focusing on handgun, carbine and medical applications, this course will provide a baseline skillset to respond, in case of a life threatening situation. Students will spemd the first hald of the day working various handgun and carbine skills before breaking for lunch. At the end of lunch, there will be a medical/trauma portion to cover the utilization of the main items found in most IFAK kits. After the medical portion, students will head back out on the range for more firarm training and transition work. While there is a strong component of proper firearm fundamentals and training, the medical/ trauma response portion of this course has universal application to additional situations (ie. Car accidents, dog bites, fishing injuries, etc) that many of us are exposed to throughout daily life.
This is a OUTDOOR range, please dress appropriately.
*Equipment and firearms can be provided by the Gladius Cadre with prior notice.
*Ammunition available. (will be delivered to student at the range, day of course)
** Lunch will be provided on-site. Water and Gatorade will be provided throughout the course.
