We specialize in IL Concealed Carry Training. 
We go above and beyond what is required by the IL State Police.

Policies

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel or move to a different class if you give us written notice by e-mail to jeff@firearmstrainingassistance.com at least 72 hours in advance of the scheduled course time.  In the case of a cancellation, you will receive a credit (moved to another date or a refund (minus the $35 Administration fee for the course).  Students who are no-call no-show shall receive no refund what so ever.  If you need to cancel, You must contact us in writing. Please use the contact form located at www.firearmstrainingassistance.com/contact-us   If you do not receive a reply within 24 hours, please call or text  618-698-3670.

Reschedule Policy

All courses require a minimum number of students per class. Firearms Training and Assistance, reserves the right to cancel the course and notify you of moving you to another class date. If you are unable to attend the course on the rescheduled date, we will be happy to move you to another class date.  Students who are no-call no-show shall receive no refund what so ever.

Refund Policy

Full payment is accepted at registration time. You may be given the option to apply your training fee to a future class.  If Firearms Training and Assistance finds the need to cancel a class for any reason, the student(s) will have the option of applying training fees to future classes or given a refund (minus the $35 Administration fee for the course).  Students who are no-call no-show shall receive no refund what so ever.

Other Policy

Firearms Training and Assistance will not share your personal information except as necessary to fulfill a class requirement. For example NRA based courses ONLY require registration on their classes on their website to receive the NRA certificate.

Waiver

RELEASE, WAIVER, INDEMNIFICATION, HOLD HARMLESS, AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK AGREEMENT

WHEREAS, in return for instruction in firearms, use of premise, and for other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, the Undersigned agrees to the following: The undersigned agrees to indemnify, hold harmless and defend Jeff Evilsizer, Firearms Training and Assistance,  (hereinafter collectively referred to as FTA) and/or the National Rifle Association of America, and any of its employees, volunteers, instructors, officers, from any and all fault, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, demands or lawsuits arising out of, related to, or connected with: the discharge of firearms; the course of instruction; the Undersigned’s participation in the course of instruction, the Undersigned’s presence on or use of said Premises; and any and all acts or omissions of the Undersigned.

And should and such claim, demand or lawsuit arise or be asserted in any way or form whatsoever related thereto, whether arising under the laws of the United States or of any State, or under any theory of law or equity, the Undersigned will indemnify, hold harmless and defend FTA, from any and all costs, expenses or liability including, but not limited to, the cost of any settlement or judgment made or rendered against FTA, whether individually, jointly, or in solid with the Undersigned, together with all costs of court and other costs or expenses incurred in connection with any such claim, demand or lawsuit, including attorney’s fees.

The Undersigned furthermore waives for himself/herself and his/her executors, administrators, assignees or heirs, any and all rights and claims for damages, loses, demands and any other actions whatsoever, which he/she may have or which may arise against FTA, (including, but not limited to any and all injuries, damages or illnesses suffered by the Undersigned or Undersigned’s property), which may, in any way whatsoever, arise out of, be related to, or be connected with: the course of instruction; the Premises, including any latent defect in the Premises; the Undersigned’s presences on or use of said Premises; shall not be liable for, and the Undersigned, on behalf of himself/herself and his/her executors, administrators, assignees or heirs, hereby expressly releases Jeff Evilsizer, Firearms Training and Assistance, or the NRA from any and all such claims.

The Undersigned hereby expressly assumes the risk of entering the Premises and/or Firing Range located on Tank road, New Baden, IL  62265  and of taking part in activities on the Premises which include, but are not limited to, instruction in the use of firearms, the discharge of firearms and the firing of live ammunition. The Undersigned furthermore hereby acknowledges and agrees that he/she has read, understands and will at, all times abide by all FTA range rules and procedures. This instrument binds the Undersigned and his/her executors, administrators, assignees or heirs. Signing this form is voluntary.

 

However, registration acceptance is dependent on signature.
