Description
This Non-shooting course teaches students the basic knowledge and skills for safe handling and storage of firearms, ammunition, and the rules for safe gun handling, a primary cause of firearm accidents.
Learn Firearm parts, how to unload certain action types, ammunition components, cleaning, care, and safe storage of firearms in the home.
A 4-hour non-shooting class is recommended for those unfamiliar with firearms and the terminology.
It is designed to develop the basic knowledge, skills, and attitude necessary for the identification, safe handling, and storage of firearms.
Students will receive a copy of the Gun Safety Rules and a course completion certificate.
