Description
It’s a full day because we don’t believe in shortcuts. You really need the complete class with all of the information, not just some of it.
Understand, you will be handling a real handgun… not a toy, paint or Airsoft gun, and will be learning proper handling, loading and unloading, clearance check, action operation and so much more. This is a “hands-on” class with a real handgun and at a real range.
Every student receives one-on-one instruction to insure proper safety and handling capabilities.
A Certificate of Class Completion will be issued which may be used to apply for your Florida Concealed Weapon and Firearms License. Under present law, this certificate is recognized for life, so you can apply for a FL-CWL at any time in the future.

Expectations and Outcomes
Upon completion, you will receive a Certificate that may be used to apply for your Concealed Weapons License with the State of Florida.
We suggest that you keep this in a safe place since present Florida Law allows this to be used at any time in the future for your CWL application.
This Certificate may help in obtaining access to advanced training as most require proof of Safety Training to attend.
Those that may feel proficient already will still need this class to obtain a Florida License unless they meet special classifications or experience recognized by the State.

Documentation Requirements
Photo Identification - such as a Driver's License.
The instructor requires a copy of your Government Issued ID once you register.
Requirements
Everything is supplied for the class.
We strongly suggest bringing pen and paper for taking notes.
You are welcome to bring your own firearm or one will be supplied for you to use.
