Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are not refunded, you may be entitled to sit on the next available class if seating is also available.

Reschedule Policy

Rescheduling doe not necessarily mean you are guaranteed a seat on the next class, you will be informed is there is an opening on the following class.

Other Policy

Safety and disicpline is our number one priority during class and range times, rules must be followed and obeyed at all times otherwise students can and will be exspelled without refund entitlement.

Waiver

RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY AGREEMENT I AM AWARE THAT THESE ACTIVITIES ARE HAZARDOUS ACTIVITIES AND THAT I COULD BE SERIOUSLY INJURED OR EVEN KILLED. I AM VOLUNTARILY PARTICIPATING IN THESE ACTIVITIES WITH KNOWLEDGE OF THE DANGER INVOLVED, AND AGREE TO ASSUME ANY AND ALL RISKS OF BODILY INJURY, DEATH OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, WHETHER THOSE RISKS ARE KNOWN OR UNKNOWN. As consideration for being permitted by Expert Shooting CWP Academy and Eldin Estrada, and any lessor of the Land premises (“Lessor”), to participate in these activities and use the Land premises and facilities, I forever release Eldin Estrada, the Land Owner, the Lessor, any affiliated owner, and their respective directors, officers, employees, volunteers, agents, contractors, and representatives (collectively “Releasees”) from any and all actions, claims, or demands that I, my assignees, heirs, distributees, guardians, next of kin, spouse and legal representatives now have, or may have in the future, for injury, death, or property damage, related to (i) my participation in these activities, (ii) the negligence or other acts, whether directly connected to these activities or not, and however caused, by any Releasee, or (iii) the condition of the premises where these activities occur, whether or not I am then participating in the activities. I also agree that I, my assignees, heirs, distributees, guardians, next of kin, spouse and legal representatives will not make a claim against, sue, or attach the property of any Releasee in connection with any of the matters covered by the foregoing release. I HAVE CAREFULLY READ THIS AGREEMENT AND FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS CONTENTS. I AM AWARE THAT THIS IS A RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND A CONTRACT BETWEEN MYSELF AND THE FAIR, THE STATE, THE COUNTY, AND THE LESSOR, AND SIGN IT OF MY OWN FREE WILL. If Signed by Parent or Guardian: I verify that the dangers of the activities and the significance of this Release and Waiver were explained to the Participant and that the Participant understood them. IF PARTICIPANT IS UNDER 18 YEARS OF AGE, YOU AND YOUR PARENT OR GUARDIAN MUST BE PRESENT AT THE BEGINNING OF THE COURSE. PARENT OR GUARDIAN MUST SIGN PARTICIPANT UP FOR COURSES ON SHOOTINGCLASSES.COM I declare that all of the above information is true and accurate, that I am a U.S. citizen, that I am not prohibited under State or Federal law from possessing a firearm, and that I am eligible under law to receive this training. The condition of my health does not preclude me from participating fully in this class. I realize that there is a possibility of me being injured or killed while participating in this training and I accept that risk. I agree that my heirs, assigns and I will hold harmless the instructor(s) of this class as well as the operator(s) and owner(s) of any property on which any part of this class is conducted, for any injury or loss sustained now or later as a result of this training class. I understand that this class is only a basic and cursory overview of the issues pertaining to the handling and use of handguns in South Carolina. I affirm that I have brought (will bring) NO LIVE AMMUNITION into the classroom and I understand that, due to the possibility of “role playing” that could occur in this training environment, NO LIVE AMMUNITION IS PERMITTED IN THE CLASSROOM.
