Fl armed Security recertification

Description

The State of Florida requires that all Florida License G Armed Security Officers requalify at least once per year with the type of handgun that they carry on duty. This 4-hour course meets all state mandates, including a standard written requalification test.

Topics Covered

To maintain licensure, the Class “G” license holder must complete four hours of requalifying training each year [ 412.6 kB ] . The annual training course shall consist of a review of the curriculum topics listed above as part of the initial training requirements to include any recent changes in the law. License holders will be required to achieve a passing score on a cycle of fire consisting of 48 rounds. If the license holder fails to achieve a passing score after three attempts, they will be instructed to seek additional remedial training and schedule another requalification attempt at a later date

Upon completion and passing this course you will be able apply and recertify your armed guard credentials barring any issues preventing you from renewing your credentials
