Description
Start your journey to become a long range marksman. Whether you are a hunter, recreational shooter, or want to start competing, this class will put you on the right track. You will learn what gear you will need to be the best precision shooter you can. Students will learn proper rifle setup and configurations. We will get you dialed in on the fundamentals of a long range marksman. Students will learn about different optics, and what to look for in a scooe. Learn the difference between First Focal Plane (FFP) and Second Focal Plane (SFP), and the pros and cons of the two. Learn the difference between MOA and Mils, and the pros ans cons of the two. Once the classroom learning is over, students will hit the rande, and start applying what they learned on some targets. We train rain or shine, so dress accordingly. Rain gear is never a bad idea.

Expectations and Outcomes
Upon completion of this class, students will have an understanding of precision shooting, and the knowledge and proficiency of the fundamentals. This is the base from which to build on, and become a Long Range Precision Marksman.

Students must bring the following:
Rifle with quality scope and bipod or sandbags or both
Spotting Scope (if possible)
Range Finder (if possible)
200 rounds of ammunition
Ear Protection (rentals available)
Eye Protection (rentals available)
Tac/Cargo pants or jeans that are comfortable and can get dirty
Closed Toe shoes/boots
Water and Snacks for the day
Students are required to bring their own lunch
RANGE FEE NOT INCLUDED, and will be collected before start of the class.
