The Red Dot Sight Pistol Performance Training is an advanced-level program designed for shooters who want to master using red dot sights on their pistols. Whether you’re a competitive shooter, law enforcement officer, or armed citizen, this course will enhance your skills and confidence with RDS-equipped handguns. Most of this class will consist of a quick review of Red Dot Sight Pistol Fundamentals (RDS 1) and a plethora of defensive drills to test your speed, accuracy, and proficiency.

Fundamentals of Shooting with RDS Review:
- Review firearm safety rules specific to RDS-equipped pistols.
- Master proper grip, stance, and trigger control.
- Develop consistent sight alignment and sight picture techniques.
Zeroing and Optics Setup:
- Hands-on practice for zeroing your RDS.
- Discuss co-witnessing and optimal sight alignment.
- Troubleshoot common zeroing issues.
Draw and Presentation Techniques Review:
- Efficient draw strokes with RDS-equipped pistols.

The instructor requires a copy of your Concealed Carry Weapons permit once you register.
Requirements
Prerequisites:
Participants should have prior experience with handguns and a basic understanding of shooting fundamentals. Familiarity with red dot sights is recommended but not mandatory. Red Dot Sight Pistol Fundamentals (RDS 1) is a prerequisite to this class.
