Give your group's members advanced knowledge on how self-defense law works, potentially saving members from tremendous legal and financial problems. The class presents information applicable in all states, the USCCA course "The Legal Use of Force," with added Arkansas-specific content.
The class includes information from additional authoritative sources, and specific information on self defense law in Arkansas. When you survive a self defense encounter, legal issues will start immediately, and may continue for days, months, or years. Costs can be very high, both financially and emotionally. Knowing how self defense law works ahead of time can get you ready to make key decisions from the beginning, and how to deal with police, investigators, and lawyers to navigate the process.
When taught as an online seminar (ZOOM) there will be time for group discussion, with an immediate follow-on meeting if requested
The presentation can be adjusted to meet your needs from a quick 1 hour meetimg program to in-depth discussion of up to 2 1/2 hours.
Registered attendees for the full longer seminar will receive the USCCA book "Should I Shoot?" ($30 value).
Contact Craig to discuss hosting the presentation at your location, group presentation cost, and availability of the "Should I Shoot?" book.
The content is based on a mini-class developed by USCCA, enhanced with information specific for Arkansas, and supplemented with informaiton from two national experts on self defense law.
