Moms For Liberty ONLY - Gun Owners Legal Defense

This is part 2 of our lecture series for Moms For Liberty members who desire to learn more about legal defense if, God forbid, they have to use their firearm in self-defense of themselves or a loved one. Well known Second Amendment attorney Andrew Branca, has the tag line: "You own a gun so you are hard to kill. Now know the law so you are hard to convict."

At this juncture the location of the lecture is "TBD". This registration website requires an address, and in order to satisfy that requirement, the instructor's residence address is being used. Topics Covered

• An overview of how gun owners are treated by the justice system.
• An overview of Pennsylvania gun laws, with emphasis on those laws pertaining to concealed carry.
• An overview of what to expect in the aftermath of a defensive shooting.
• Time permitting, examples of famous gun cases, i.e., Kyle Rittenhouse.

Expectations and Outcomes

Knowledge is power. Students will get the knowledge of what the legal system could bestow upon them in the event the student has to use their firearm in a self-defense situation, and how to combat the legal system with the help of a qualified attorney.
