Frequently Asked Questions
Pricing varies, Compress CPR not only CPR and First Aid but also offers communicable disease and child abuse courses, blood borne pathogens, and more. Cost is not the bottom line, the instructor offers rates that work for each individual team/organization. If travel is included this may increase the cost, if booking a group class the rate will be reduced. We love forming and creating new relationships so if this is the case a price will be negotiated at that time. The bottom line- Depending on the service being requested we would like to work a price that is just. Please reach out to discuss the services you require, for a personalized estimate.
We love new customers, its is our hope that a bright future together is in the near future. Once I receive your request I will reach out to you directly by email to discuss your needs/request. We typically compare our schedules to plan a training date, I will provide you with a quote or an invoice....
I am a Registered nurse educator who has been in the healthcare field nearly all of my life. I have worked in many facets of nursing including inpatient telemetry units and in community health. I currently teach nursing students and simply feel that I have a gift to reach others. I enjoy teaching and gain a great sense of achievement being a CPR instructor. These courses are proven to save lives!
While studying for my capstone project in my BSN Program I was honored to teach alongside another nurse CPR to a group of high school students. The information I learned about the statistics as it related to heart health was alarming but the class itself was so exciting. The students learned so much. In that moment I knew there was a need to provide future education as it related to CPR.
Before I say what type of customers I work with I would like to reiterate that CPR training is for everyone. Emergencies can happen to anyone, anywhere, at any given time and with that being said -I train all populations. School staff and students, Coaches and Athletes, Healthcare professionals, Travel Nurses, Factory and Industrial Workers, Individuals who wish to learn CPR for the sake of friends and families, and community members themselves.
My organization partnered with another local business putting on a community event that was able to gift two young business owners grant monies. Giving back to the community is important to us.
There are many CPR companies and trainers and we all offer rates that are typically similar. When pricing and outsourcing companies to offer training you want to look beyond the price point. It is more about the experience that adds value to your organization. I promise to offer you and your your team an experience that almost guarantees that they will be equipped to handle nearly every emergent situation that were to occur. This ensures a safe work environment for you. Be sure to ask for a reference or two, ask about the companies bottom life. If it's to simply get you trained they may not be the team for you. We are working tirelessly to reduce the number of deaths in the community and empowering all kinds of people so they respond in the case of emergencies... We want no-one to be simply a bystander.
Questions to consider..How many people are you looking to have trained. Do they need certifications or training alone. This matters altlest for us. We offer group rates/ discounts. Also the cost varies significantly if participants do not need certification cards. Many people such and youth camps only wish to have their young participants trained.
