Cancellation Policy

1. Concealed Carry & Security Classes:

• Cancellations made 72+ hours in advance: Full refund or option to reschedule at no additional cost.

• Cancellations made 48–72 hours in advance: 50% refund or one-time reschedule.

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance or no-shows: No refund. Rescheduling may be allowed with a rebooking fee.

2. Range Sessions:

• Cancellations made 48+ hours in advance: Full refund or reschedule at no extra charge.

• Cancellations made 24–48 hours in advance:reschedule with a small rebooking fee.

• Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows: No refund, no reschedule.

Reschedule Policy

• Students may reschedule once without a fee if they notify us within the allowed cancellation period (48-72 hours).

• Additional reschedules may require a rebooking fee.

Weather & Emergency Cancellations:

• If we cancel a class or range session due to severe weather or unforeseen circumstances, students will receive a priority rescheduling at no charge.
