Cancellation Policy

There are no refunds for classes missed due to a student's situation or behavior.

If a student cancels and/or is unable to attend a scheduled course or event due to an emergency situation, their payment will be credited towards another course of their choice. This credit must be applied to a future class occurring within three (3) months of the originally scheduled class date or the student will forfeit their registration fee.

It is the student's responsibility to notify us by email their need to reschedule a class no later than seven (7) days prior to the scheduled class. After this time, the option to reschedule will be solely up to the discretion of Northpointe Training, LLC.

If a student no-shows for a scheduled class, their registration fee will not be refunded.

Any intentional unsafe acts exhibited by a student during a course will result in the student being asked to leave the class and/or the range, and their registration fee will not be refunded.

In the event that a course must be cancelled by the Instructor or by Northpointe Training, LLC due to extreme weather conditions, Instructor illness, or any other unforeseen circumstance, Northpointe Training, LLC will notify students ASAP and will reschedule the class for the next earliest available date.

Please note that, barring hazardous weather conditions, class cancellations are extremely rare. 😉

Reschedule Policy
In order to receive full credit for a missed class, the student must reschedule the missed class within six (6) months of the originally scheduled class date.

If a student no-shows for a scheduled class, their registration fee will not be refunded. If a student reschedules a class and then cancels or no-shows for that class, they will not be allowed to reschedule again, and their registration fee will not be refunded.
Refund Policy

Due to the investments of securing range time, acquiring classroom & range materials, targets, etc., class fees are non-refundable.

If a student does not successfully complete a course for reasons other than safety violations or attitude, they may be invited to attend the next available course date at no additional cost, at the discretion of Northpointe Training, LLC.

Gift Certificates and e-Gift Certificates are non-refundable, but they may be transferred to another person. GC's, both real and virtual, are valid for all training classes and must be used within one (1) year of purchase.
