Read Instructor Policies

Cancellation Policy
Classes will be cancelled by the instructor under extreme situations such as natural or man made disasters, or extreme weather conditions. The safety of a student is far more important than continuing training under dangerous conditions.

Reschedule Policy
If class must be rescheduled, all monies will be forwarded to the next available class.

Refund Policy
Students will receive a full refund if needed with more than 45 days notice. 45 days-30 days notice, student will forfeit half the tuition. Less than 30 days, the student will forfeit all tuitions.

Waiver

1. I agree to abide meticulously by all safety procedures required of me and I understand that my instruction may be terminated at any time during the course if I fail to cooperate with safety requirements. I further agree to sign a statement releasing MARTIAL ARMS TACTICAL, LLC from responsibility for any injury I may sustain during the training program.

2. I agree to sign a sworn statement that I have never been convicted of any crime, at any time, in any jurisdiction.

3. In signing this application, I certify that I will be at least of sufficient legal age at the time of the class to possess the firearm, or will be accompanied by my parent or legal guardian.
