Welcome to Good to Go, where safety, proficiency, and responsibility are our priorities. Please review the following policies and guidelines to ensure a safe and productive experience:
1. Safety First
- Safety is paramount in all aspects of our training programs.
- Follow all instructions from our certified instructors without exception.
- Treat every firearm as if it were loaded at all times.
- Keep your fingers off the trigger and outside the trigger guard until ready to shoot.
- Always point the muzzle in a safe direction.
- Be aware of your target and what is beyond.
- Any flagrant violation or repeat offenses will be met with removal of student from the environment for the safety of all students and no refund or rescheduling should be expected by said student.
2. Training Requirements
- Participants must meet all legal requirements to handle firearms in their jurisdiction.
- All participants must sign a liability waiver and when required, provide valid identification before training begins.
- Age restrictions apply as per local laws; minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
3. Conduct and Respect
- Good to Go reserves the right to remove anyone from any situation with no refund or rescheduling required.
- Respect fellow participants, instructors, and staff at all times.
- Any form of discrimination, harassment, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
- Consumption of alcohol or drugs before or during training sessions is strictly prohibited.
4. Equipment and Attire
- Wear appropriate clothing and footwear suitable for outdoor, range, and live-fire environments.
- Personal protective equipment (PPE), including eye and ear protection, must be worn at all times while on the live fire range.
- Simulation environment will allow for less stringent equipment and attire requirements.
- Use only approved ammunition and firearms provided or approved by our instructors.
5. Range Rules
- Familiarize yourself with and adhere to all range rules and regulations.
- Only load firearms when instructed to do so by an instructor or Range safety Officer and while on the firing line.
- Ceasefire procedures must be followed immediately upon command from an instructor.
- Indoor range: all firearms to be kept tabled at firing line and stored for transport at the firing line.
- Outdoor range: all firearms to be kept tabled (if available) at firing line or holstered until stored for transport.
6. Training Materials and Resources
- Course materials provided are for educational purposes only and remain the property of Good to Go.
- Do not reproduce or distribute course materials without permission.
7. Still images and video
- Good to Go reserves the right to capture images and videos for instructional and marketing purposes.
8. Liability and Insurance
- Participants acknowledge and accept all risks associated with firearms training.
- Good to Go carries liability insurance, but participants are encouraged to have personal insurance coverage.
9. Refunds and Cancellations
- Refunds are subject to our cancellation policy. Contact us for details.
- We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule training sessions due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
10. Feedback and Complaints
- We welcome feedback to improve our services. Please share your comments with our staff or via our website.
- Any complaints will be handled promptly and professionally.
11. Modifications to Policies
- Good to Go reserves the right to modify these policies at any time. Updated policies will be communicated to all participants.
