Cancellation Policy
IF we have to cancel a class, you will receive a full refund, and a 10% discount on a future class for your inconvenience. If we have to cancel the range portion of any class due to inclement weather, we will hold the classroom portion and reschedule the range portion.
All cancellations must be via text or email. Voice mail is not sufficient notice.
If you cancel at least 14 days in advance of a class or training, tuition is fully refundable less a $25 processing fee.
If you cancel less than 14 days but more than 7 days in advance, you will receive a 50% refund.
No refunds are given if less than 7 days cancellation notice is given.
If an emergency occurs the morning of the class and you are unable to make it, please call 623-340-0047.
Reschedule Policy
Students may reschedule to another class with the same instructor with no financial penalty, assuming there is room in the future class. If you must reschedule with less than 7 days notice, there will be a $25 processing fee. If you have an emergency the morning of class, contact the instructor via phone or text and you will be offered a rescheduling opportunity. There is no rescheduling of classes if you do not call or show up the day of class.

Other Policy
No one other than class registrants are permitted on the range.
No one will be permitted to shoot with a firearm that is not in good operating condition. If you have a question, please contact the instructor prior to class. An operational check will be done prior to range time starting.
Long pants and closed toed shoes are mandatory.
No one is permitted on the range without eye and ear protection. Specific types are up to you, but safety glasses must meet the ANSI Z87.1 rating and can be purchased many places, including hardware stores. Electronic hearing protection is preferred, but disposable in-ear foam ear protection is acceptable. No makeshift hearing protection (like cotton)allowed. No refunds will be offered if appropriate clothing and safety gear is not worn.
