Policies
Reschedule Policy
If rescheduling your attendance, ALL registrants must notify Bronze Star Shooting, in writing, at least 72 hours in advance of the course to retain credit. No refunds for cancellation will be issued. Only one (1) reschedule, prior to 72 hours prior to the course, is permitted without penalty per registrant. Subsequent reschedules, or re-schedules within 72 hours of course start time will incur a $5 rescheduling fee. No Shows forfeit registration. The course MUST be attended within one (1) year of initial registration. I further understand that if paying with a credit card, that the card provided will be processed upon receipt of submitted registration. Vouchers and promotions will be redeemed and considered used, at the time of online registration.
Refund Policy
For all classes requiring payment, the following cancellation policy applies:
Cancel 5 days (120 hours) prior to class start time - receive a full refund less 6%
Cancel less than 5 days (120 hours) but more than 1 day (24 hours)- 50% refund
Cancel less than 1 day (24 hours) or day of class - No refund
No Show's forfeit the entire class fee
Other Policy
Improper Conduct
Bronze Star Shooting reserves the right to refuse service, and remove from any training course, any person engaging in inappropriate conduct, including but not limited to profanity, sexual innuendo, and other disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. Any individual engaging in inappropriate behavior will be reported to the proper agency if the situation warrants such disclosure.
Minimum Class Size
A minimum of registered students will be required for all group classes. If the minimum number is not achieved 72 hours prior to the scheduled start time, the class will be canceled and all registered students will be notified via email. All registered students will be allowed to reschedule for a future class at no charge
Waiver
In consideration for access and use of facilities of Bronze Star Shooting and or for participation in business activities while attending a Bronze Star Shooting course or proficiency demonstration”, which is sponsored by Bronze Star Shooting, I represent, covenant, and agree, on behalf of myself and my heirs, assigns, and any other person claiming by, under or through me, as follows:
I acknowledge that participating in the Activity involves certain risks (some of which I may not fully appreciate) and that injuries, death, property damage, or other harm could occur to me or others. I accept and voluntarily incur all risks of any injuries, damages, or harm which arise during or result from my participation in the Activity, regardless of whether or not caused in whole or in part by the negligence or other fault of Bronze Star Shooting and/or its or their departments, trustees, affiliates, employees, officers, agents or insurers ("Released Parties").
I waive all claims against any of the Released Parties for any injuries, damages, losses, or claims, whether known and unknown, which arise during or result from my participation in the Activity, regardless of whether or not caused in whole or part by the negligence or another fault of any of the Released Parties. I release and forever discharge the Released Parties from all such claims.
I agree to indemnify and hold the Released Parties harmless from all losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including but not limited to reasonable attorneys' fees and other litigation costs and expenses) incurred by any of the Released Parties as a result of any claims or suits that I (or anyone claiming by, under or through me) may bring against any of the Released Parties to recover any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, or expenses which arise during or result from my participation in the Activity, regardless of whether or not caused in whole or part by the negligence or other fault of any of the Released Parties.
I have carefully read and reviewed this Waiver, Release, and Hold Harmless Agreement. I understand it fully, and I execute it voluntarily.
