Robert dedicated over a decade to full-time law enforcement, during which time he held the position of my agency's firearms instructor. Up to this point and throughout this tenure, he accumulated over 1,000 hours of formal training as a student, which significantly enhanced his skill set. As the lead instructor in firearms, defensive tactics, and reality-based training, he not only taught these skills to other officers but also actively applied them in high-pressure situations to ensure the safety and security of myself and those around him.
