Description
Our "Cognitive Thinking Under Stress" course is a two-day, 16-hour intensive training designed to enhance your defensive shooting skills by incorporating cognitive and physical stressors that mimic real-life scenarios. This course covers essential topics such as muzzle discipline, pistol fundamentals, red dot foundation, target identification, and stress response. Participants will engage in dynamic drills that include moving and shooting, reloads, malfunction clearance, and physical stress-induced exercises. Day 2 focuses on integrating rifle and pistol techniques, covering height over bore, rifle reloads, sling utilization, and cognitive stress drills. By the end of this course, you'll be equipped with the skills and confidence to handle defensive situations effectively.
