Description
TWO CLASSES IN ONE! This class bundles the SC CWP course which covers everything needed to apply for your SC carry permit, and the popular Defensive Shooting Fundamentals class.
In addition to qualifying for the SC Carry Permit, you will learn the fundamentals needed to avoid being a victim and safely and effectively defend yourself if you ever have to.
With this bundle, all paperwork, targets, range fee, hearing/eye protection, firearm and ammo (25 rds, class use only) are provided.
Topics Covered
This class covers the laws pertaining to the SC CWP program in great detail, and the basic fundamentals of firearms handling and shooting. You will learn about sight picture, eye dominance, proper grip and trigger pull and about firearm safety. We will also discuss carry techniques that will help you decide on the best way for you to carry your firearm, whether concealed or open carry.
Expectations and Outcomes
Successful completion of this one day course will allow SC residents to carry in 35 other states. If you travel anywhere outside of SC you need this permit

Documentation Requirements
* If the class does not have a minimum of three registered students, the class may be rescheduled at the discretion of the instructor *
Valid Drivers License or photo ID must be brought to the class.
Requirements
If student is applying for non-resident permit, they must bring home state license and must own real estate property in SC.
All students must have eye protection glasses for the range.
Students must be at least 18 y/o and are not prohibited by state law from possessing a firearm.
