Description
NRA Chief Range Safety Officer Course -Allows you to teach the NRA Range Safety Officer (RSO) Course
Expectations and Outcomes
- This course covers the curriculum to become an NRA Chief Range Safety Officer (CRSO).
- This is an instructor level course.
- Passing is NOT guaranteed.
- CRSO candidates may be evaluated in everything they do (how they interact, how they communicate, and so on).
- CRSO candidates must pass a written exam.
- CRSO candidates are evaluated based on subjective criteria: i.e. Safety, how well they will represent the NRA CRSO program, and so on.

Documentation Requirements
- U.S. Government-issued Photo ID
- BIT (Basic Instructor Training) Card*
- NRA RSO (Range Safety Officer) certificate*
- Must NOT be prohibited by law from possessing a firearm.
The instructor requires a copy of your Government Issued ID once you register.

Eligibility
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must be currently certified as an NRA Range Safety Officer (RSO).
- Must have current NRA Basic Instructor Training (BIT) card (within 2 years)

- RSO material from your RSO course - we can provide with advance notice.
