Description
This class allows me to combine my skills as a USCCA Certified Firearms Instructor and my love for fitness to give you the best of both worlds! It prepares your body for challenges outside the gym and real-life situations requiring physical strength and mental alertness. This class is a full-body strength and conditioning workout combined with basic firearm skills and drills. This class is offered indoors on a virtual range and outdoors at the live range. When training indoors, we use a smokeless range and recoil-enabled training firearm.
WHAT MAKES THIS DIFFERENT FROM REGULAR FITNESS:
Conceal fitness is not about workouts; it's about the work. It is not about working out to get good at working out. It is about creating programs that carry over into real-life movements, like lifts, carries, crawls, runs, mobility, etc., and even analytical and creative thinking. For example, we may use nontraditional equipment to lift and carry things that are not balanced equally.
Conceal fitness is where your fitness one day may be the difference between life and death for you or someone you are trying to help. Not only do your health and fitness need to be developed, but your ability to react as you have been trained and think clearly under stress also is an absolute must.
Expectations and Outcomes
The student has an opportunity to get fit and experience handling a firearm under physical and mental stress.

Documentation Requirements
The instructor requires a copy of your Government Issued ID once you register.
