Cancellation Policy
We require a 48 notice for cancelling classes... Please? :)
Reschedule Policy
We will do our absolute best to accomodate you and reschedule should you need to. We are flexible and try to be the absolute best at customer service that we can be. At the end of the day, its about YOU and YOUR training. We will be glad to move you to the next date the class is held. If its not on the books, we will put it on the books. As always, we can make time to book you as a private class as well.
Refund Policy
If cancelled 48 hours in advance, a full refund will be given. If canclelled less than 24 hours in advance, a partial refund will be given (this covers your targets, certificate, etc) we have printed before class. If you do not cancel, and just not show up, we do not offer a refund.
