Description
Handgun 101: This course introduces the novice shooter to safe handgun usage. It includes range safety, revolver and semi-automatic handgun nomenclature, function, manipulation, malfunction clearance and basic marksmanship fundamentals. .22 LR revolver and semiautomatic handguns are provided/utilized; students may also bring their own handgun and ammunition. $100
**this course can be also taught as an introduction to handgun and rifle upon request)

Documentation Requirements
- A current LTC or other state CCW permit
- Active or retired LEO credentials
- Active or reserve military ID
- letter of no criminal history from local law enforcement agency along with copy of state drivers license/ID
- Minors aged 10 and older may attend with a parent/guardian at no additional cost
Requirements
- Eye and ear protection (electronic earpro is preferable)
- Attire suitable for range wear/closed toe shoes
- Food, snacks and hydration to sustain one's self in a day long pistol class
- Camp chair for breaks
- Note taking material if desired
- IFAK/Trauma kit if you have one
- Instructor will provide .22 caliber semiautomatic pistols and revolver for class. Students should bring 100 rounds of factory .22 LR ammunution.
- Students may bring own firearm and ammunution-must be encased upon arrival at range (please message if you are bringing your own firearm for additional instructions)
