Description
This is the NJ Civilian Carry Assessment and Range required in order to apply for the State of New Jersey Concealed Carry permit.
This course is NOT for a student new to firearms. It requires a 80% out of 50 rounds live fire qualification session from 3,5,7,10 and 15 yards while shooting from a holster.
It is proceeded by about a short briefing on the New Jersey laws surrounding the use of force.
if you cannot qualify without prior instruction then it is recommended you take a Basic pistol class or private lessons to ensure you can pass the assessment.

Documentation Requirements
Please wear closed toed shoes, long sleeve shirt, pants with belt loops and sturdy belt which can comfortably support your holstered pistol and 10 round magazines
Requirements
A safe firearm, holster, magazine carrier, eye and ear protection and 50 rounds of ammunition for your pistol.
