Description
Life threatening bleeding can happen anywhere.....at a car wreck, industrial accident, mass casualty event, or around the home. With this simple, hands on training, ANYONE can learn to stop the bleed and save their life or the that of a loved one. Gain the knowledge and experience in the 3 simple skills you need to know to quickly and effectively deal with this life-threatening emergency! We will guide you step-by-step to build your confidence and skills! No prior training or experience is necessary.

Expectations and Outcomes
By the end of this course, students will have a better understanding of the immediate threat to life that significant blood loss can have, how to recognize life threatening bleeding, and the immediate steps to take to bring the bleed under control to maximize the best outcome for the victim. Through demonstration, and hands on practice, students will learn how to effectively apply tourniquets and other measures designed to control a life threatening bleeding situation.
